Meet Doug
McAlarney
    Doug
McAlarney served four years active duty in the US Army, including a stint
with the US Army Berlin Brigade where he witnessed the historic fall of
the Berlin Wall and the end of the Cold War. Doug went on to
serve four years in the inactive reserve and three years in the
Florida National Guard's 20th Special Forces Group, MI Detachment for a total of 11 years of military service. Doug
McAlarney is a veteran of two presidential campaigns, a US Senate
campaign, a US Congressional campaign, International Republican Institute
missions to Ecuador and Pakistan, numerous Florida State House campaigns
and the Florida recount. Doug McAlarney has been a
guest speaker at the University of Florida Graduate Program in
Campaign Management, a guest on 1040 AM Tallahassee and quoted
in the St. Petersburg Times, Tampa Tribune, Plant City Courier, Brandon
News, Pasco Times and Pasco Tribune.
Doug McAlarney has
marched in the Republican Revolution with Newt Gingrich, ridden to the
sound of the guns with Pat Buchanan and fought for a new birth of freedom
with Steve Forbes.
